The universe is made up of energy. We’re not just talking about kinetic, thermal, physical or other scientific concepts of energy. We’re talking about the energy that people create all around them. Have you ever noticed that when one thing negatively begins your day, chances are your whole day snowballs into a negative day? In other words, I began the day forgetting my phone at home, as a result, I had to go back and was late for work and the snowball effect continues. This is due to the negative energy that was created from that first negative action. What you think is what you project for yourself.
In a world filled with negative thoughts through media, peers, and even family, you have to teach yourself to have positive thoughts often. I am a strong believer that when you put positive thoughts into the universe, it rewards you with positive actions. Similarly if you put negative thoughts into the universe, it becomes a cycle of negativity.
Set aside at least 10 minutes daily to say daily affirmations (I am strong. I respect my mind…etc). Saying affirmations daily help you work towards believing them.
Work on continuously empowering your mind and inspiring positive thoughts everyday. I know it’s hard, but just know whatever you’re going through is a passing storm. Daily affirmations will help you get through it.
Create a list of positive goals you hope to accomplish and put it in the universe. When you set goals, you are more likely to accomplish them. However, you also have to think realistically and recognize that not all goals are easily attainable. Break down your goals into manageable bite sized pieces.
Do It for You
It sounds selfish! However, thinking positively begins with you.
- You have to create a positive mindset.
- You have to continually produce positive energy towards life
- You have to set the tone for positive thinking in your life.
- You have to want to be positive no matter how difficult it gets.
- You have to desire to create a positive climate for your universe.
Give It time
Something I struggle with is waiting. Many times I learn that if I had simply waited, my reward would have been so much greater. Hopefully, this lesson does not have to repeat itself again before I learn it. This is why I’m adding this so can can learn from my mistakes. Time is essential for enjoying the positive karma that you have released into the universe.
I end by asking you this important question;
What energy are you putting out
into the universe?
